Jennifer Lopez put a halt to the release of a movie that’s supposedly based on her marriage to Ojani Noa, but her ex isn’t giving up.

His lawyer and business manager are in court trying to overturn a judge’s ruling that blocks the tape from being shown, and they’re accusing J.Lo of harassing Ojani, to whom she was married for 11 months between 1997 and 1998. “She’s having him followed,” Ojani’s business manager, Ed Meyer, tells Life & Style. “We just ran the license plate of the car — it’s a black Audi — and it goes directly back to Jennifer Lopez. Ojani’s scared.”

But Jennifer, 40, is within her legal rights, says an insider close to the actress. “It’s a process server trying to give Ojani a subpoena,” says the insider. Ojani’s lawyer, Frank Sanes Jr., tells Life & Style that his client fears for his life. “We have some concerns right now about the personal safety of Ojani,” Sanes says. “We believe he’s under surveillance by someone. He’s had death threats.”

Jennifer was granted a temporary restraining order that prevents Ojani from selling the allegedly steamy home videos. But Ojani, 35, claims his flick, How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story, is not a sex tape but a Borat-style parody of his life as a Cuban immigrant and that the superstar is unfairly keeping him from making money. “She’s destroying my life,” says Ojani, who was waiting tables when he met Jennifer.

American Music Awards: Jennifer Lopez plans to include a boxing ring, fireworks and an on-stage costume change in her performance. “American Idol” runner-up Adam Lambert will incorporate leather, chains and handcuffs into his.

Each will perform their new singles on Sunday’s American Music Awards, which honors the year’s top-selling artists in eight popular genres.

Broadcast live from the Nokia Theatre, the show is to feature performances by more than a dozen artists, including Rihanna, Whitney Houston, Green Day, Lil’ Wayne, Lady Gaga, Eminem, Jay-Z and Carrie Underwood.

Janet Jackson will open the program with a medley of songs, but producer Larry Klein wouldn’t say whether her performance would be a tribute to Michael Jackson. Said Klein: “It’s a surprise.”

Jennifer Lopez has been successful in gaining a temporary restraining order to prevent her first husband, Ojani Noa from distributing 11 hours of home video.

Jennifer has claimed that the footage includes scenes of sexual situations taken during there short marriage which lasted just 11 months.

Jennifer previously won over half a million dollars in damages and attorney fees in 2007 in another lawsuit that blocked Noa from publishing a book. Lopez claimed that Noa demanded $5 million to keep him from publishing the book at the time.

Noa is claiming the film footage in question included nothing sexual and alleged that Lopez is trying to keep him from success.

Jennifer Lopez is fighting the release of another home movie shot by her first husband Ojani Noa. Scenes in the film are said to include Lopez in her underwear and another of the star in an argument with her mother.

Filmmaker Ed Meyer, Noa’s partner in the business venture, stated: “J.Lo doesn’t want her fans to see these videotapes because they show she’s not the person you think she is… these tapes show how she was in love with Ojani and what a wonderful sex life they had together.”

Lopez’s attorneys have already successfully blocked Noa’s plans to release a tell-all book about his courtship and one-year marriage to the pop star.

Noa, a former waiter, and Lopez were married for a year from 1997 to 1998. Noa also worked briefly as the manager of his ex-wife’s California restaurant Madre’s.

Hollywood actress Jennifer Lopez has said she wants to work on projects that her children will be “proud of” one day. The 40-year-old actress is mum to 20-month-old twins Max and Emme and said she thinks differently about what she works on since becoming a mom.

She said: “Being a mother has changed the way I look at my work in a very positive way. I want to be able to create and be part of things that I know my children will be proud of one day.

“It has really helped me stay focused on what is important and what is right for me.” She told Britain’s SHE magazine: “Right now, I am at a place in my life where I feel immense happiness and fulfillment.

“It’s the kind of happiness that makes you glow from within, just like the special glow women get when they’re pregnant and when they’re falling in love with their babies.”

For a long time now various reports have emerged across the net on a variety of rumors that Jennifer Lopez had undergone a variety of surgeries, including a nose job, lip reduction, cheek implants and breast augmentation. There has even been suggestions of Botox injections and laser treatments

Plastic surgeon Dr Sherrell J Aston stated, “Jennifer Lopez is part of a Hollywood a baby boom that we have seen over recent years. However unlike some of the other stars she has said it wasn’t easy for her to loose the pounds. In my opinion it is likely that she has undergone liposuction to help with the stubborn trouble areas. After reviewing her photographs I do no think Mr’s. Lopez is unfamiliar to plastic surgery. I estimate she has had several procedures like Rhinoplasty, Blepharoplasty, and her Cheek Bones appear to be more contoured than in her earlier pictures. Each procedure has been done very tastefully and she does not appear overdone by any means. She is a very attractive talented woman and I wish her the best in her new role as a mother.”

Manhattan plastic surgeon Dr Jennifer Walden stated, “She looks radiant on the cover of the September issue of In Style magazine. She had twins, Max and Emma and reportedly gained 50 lbs during her pregnancy. She does look slimmer, so diet and exercise are definitely in her regimen. Sometimes after multiple births mothers are often left with excess skin and fat around the lower abdomen. An abdominoplasty is a good solution to remove this excess skin that is hard to get by exercise and diet alone.”

Jennifer recently admitted to having trouble losing all the baby weight. She stated, “I thought the weight was going to drop off easily because I’d been in shape my whole life. But it wasn’t easy. It was an uphill struggle. I had gained about 50lbs while pregnant. The first 30lb dropped off like that and I was so pleased. Then I had to lose the last 15 or 20lbs that just didn’t want to go. I had to diet and work out a lot.”

She went on to reveal that while she considered having plastic surgery, she ultimately decided against it, although it may still be in her future plans, “I have to say I feel awesome! I feel the same way I felt when I was in my 20s.

“I don’t see myself having any plastic surgery, but I’m not at that point yet, so I don’t know. I don’t know how I’ll feel when I’m older. But I’m more of a natural person and I believe in beauty not being an outside, physical thing. Luckily, I’m used to seeing myself everywhere now that I no longer obsess about the way I look.”
