Jennifer Lopez’s Honeymoon Footage to Remain Unseen

A judge has upheld the ruling that Jennifer Lopez’s ex-husband Ojani Noa is not allowed to use erotic footage filmed during their honeymoon in a documentary he is filming about his marriage to Lopez.

Jennifer Lopez’s lawyer has made clear that the footage may be personal, but it is not a sex-tape.

It’s been reported that the video features Lopez in lingerie and that there’s spanking involved. So it might not be a sex tape, but it’s definitely not anything that Lopez wants the general public to see.

According to E! Online, the judge in the case, Judge James Chalfant, granted a temporary injunction, which bars Noa and his agent from distributing the footage. Chalfant said, “They may not publish it for any reason. Anywhere, anytime, anyhow…without further court order. If they do, they go to jail.”
