Jennifer Lopez Taking Part In The Naked Yoga Craze?

Unconfirmed reports link many big named Holywood stars such as Jennifer Lopez Selena, Halle Berry Monster’s Ball, Gwyneth Paltrow Skakespear In Love, Naomi Watts 21 Grams, Rita Wilson Invisible Child, and Nicolas Cage National Treasure, as participants in the latest holywood craze of Naked Yoga.

Acclaimed Hindu statesman Rajan Zed, criticizing Hollywoodization of yoga, has urged celebrities and others to take yoga seriously.

The proponents of naked yoga say that it is taboo-breaking, a great thrill. Totally liberating, and a profound spiritual and healing experience, but they insist that it is not about sex.

According to Patanjali, author of the basic text, the Yoga Sutra, yoga is a methodical effort to attain perfection, through the control of the different elements of human nature, physical and psychical.

Naked Yoga is practicing the traditional yoga without wearing any clothing. In order to treat everybody equally, no participant, not even the instructor is reportedly allowed to wear clothes in the group classes.

Well, as there is no special, expensive designer clothing required, please take note all “good looking” male holywood stars who particpate, I am ready to join in if you care to invite me.
