Jennifer Lopez granted temporary restraining order
Jennifer Lopez has been successful in gaining a temporary restraining order to prevent her first husband, Ojani Noa from distributing 11 hours of home video.
Jennifer has claimed that the footage includes scenes of sexual situations taken during there short marriage which lasted just 11 months.
Jennifer previously won over half a million dollars in damages and attorney fees in 2007 in another lawsuit that blocked Noa from publishing a book. Lopez claimed that Noa demanded $5 million to keep him from publishing the book at the time.
Noa is claiming the film footage in question included nothing sexual and alleged that Lopez is trying to keep him from success.
